Jennifer Caringal doesn’t back down.

A securities litigation partner at Robbins Geller, she was honored as one of Bloomberg Law’s top lawyers under 40 as part of its “They’ve Got Next” series on emerging leaders in American law.

She shared with Bloomberg Law that litigating complex securities litigation cases for investors “can often feel like a David vs. Goliath battle, especially when we go up against defendants who hire multiple law firms to represent them and seem to have endless resources to litigate cases to the very end.”

But, she added, “this has never deterred the attorneys at my firm, and I am proud to be a part of a contingent of attorneys who will never back down in the face of adversity.”

In her interview with Bloomberg Law, she pointed to her work on the litigation team in In re American Realty Cap. Props., Inc. Litig., which recovered $1.025 billion for investors after years of hard-fought litigation. She credits her success, in part, to her mentors and colleagues at the Firm – their “tireless work ethic” and “passion for their work knows no boundaries.”

Caringal is a graduate of Washington University in St. Louis School of Law and is resident in the Firm’s San Diego office.
