Position Overview
Litigation Support Clerks provide varying degrees of assistance to attorneys, paralegals, and Litigation Support Project Managers and Analysts at the Firm with a focus on litigation support. This is a full-time non-exempt position in our San Francisco, California office.
Key Responsibilities
• Organizing, indexing, coding, and printing of legal documents stored in databases
• Research related to the Firm’s caseload
• Creating and organizing witness, exhibit, trial, or depo binders
• Delivering documents to the courts
• Hand delivering documents to other firms and offices
• Miscellaneous physical work (i.e. moving furniture, hanging pictures, shredding documents, and doing small repairs and light assembly)
Qualifications & Experience
Education
College degree
Technical Skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel basics and web-based document retrieval and research processes
- General knowledge of Adobe Acrobat
Physical Requirements
- Sitting for long periods of time while working on a desktop computer
- Lift up to 40 lbs
- Bending, squatting, walking, and reaching

- Familiarity with services provided by the Firm
- Strength in interacting with colleagues of all levels both within and outside of the Firm
- Ability to think outside the box to complete a wide variety of technical tasks
- Ability to adjust work schedule and be dependable
- Ability to work a full-time schedule of 40 hours per week, with some flexibility to work overtime, if needed
- Ability to work in office at the San Francisco office
- Very strong communication skills to seek understanding of project requests
- Attention to detail to ensure the work product has no errors
- Ability to occasionally travel by plane, train, or car if needed
Compensation & Benefits
- Starting Salary: $55,000 per year
