Position Overview
We are seeking talented and driven Lateral Corporate Litigation Associates with 2-5 years litigation experience to join our office in Nashville, Tennessee. In this role, you will work on high-profile complex securities litigation, M&A litigation, and shareholder rights matters. You will collaborate with teams of experienced trial attorneys to prosecute cases involving violations of corporate law and fiduciary duties, as well as federal securities laws.
Associates at Robbins Geller are expected to take on meaningful responsibilities early in their careers, including:
• Drafting and arguing motions in Delaware Court of Chancery and federal courts
• Conducting document and deposition discovery
• Managing client communications
• Coordinating litigation strategy with colleagues
• Preparing cases for trial
Qualifications
The ideal candidate will have:
• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an ABA-accredited law school with strong academic performance
• Exceptional legal writing skills (Law Review and/or clerkship in Delaware or federal court preferred)
• Prior litigation experience in complex and/or class action cases
• Demonstrated interest in corporate litigation and investor protection
• Admission to practice law in Tennessee (or ability to become admitted promptly)
Compensation & Benefits
• Salary Range: $195,000 - $225,000 per year (depending on experience and qualifications)
