Certain parties have reached a partial settlement of this Action, pending in the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey. The settlement provides for the payment of $3.57 million for the benefit of eligible Class Members.

The class shall consist of all persons and entities in the United States (including its territories) who, between January 1, 1997 through April 15, 2025, purchased or renewed a Contract of Insurance with any Lloyd’s Syndicates named as a Defendant in the Action. Excluded from the Settlement Class are Released Defendants, Defendants formerly named as such in the Action, all Lloyd’s syndicates, Opt-outs, and judges presiding over the Action and their immediate families (the “Settlement Class”).

The settlement was preliminarily approved by the Court on May 19, 2026
