Overview

Kenneth Dolitsky is an associate in Robbins Geller Rudman & Dowd’s San Diego office, where his practice focuses on complex securities fraud litigation.

Ken earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from Binghamton University and his Master of Business Administration from New York Institute of Technology, where he graduated with distinction. Ken then earned his Juris Doctor degree from University of San Diego School of Law, graduating magna cum laude. During law school Ken externed for Magistrate Judge Andrew G. Schopler of the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of California.  Ken also worked as a research assistant for Professor Mark Lee and was a member of the San Diego Law Review.

Ken was a summer associate at Robbins Geller in 2021 and returned to the Firm as an associate in 2022.
