Cornerstone Research Demonstrates Robbins Geller’s Superior Results

According to Cornerstone Research studies for securities class settlements, the premium amount of recoveries achieved by Robbins Geller has averaged 35 percent above the median for all firms over the past six years (2004-2010).  In 2010 alone, our median recovery as a percent of damages was at least 26 to 183 percent greater than any other firm.  As Cornerstone Research concluded in its study of securities class action settlements for 2010, "Robbins Geller was associated with the highest median settlements as a percentage of estimated 'plaintiff-style' damages."
