Overview
Téo Doremus is an associate in Robbins Geller Rudman & Dowd’s San Diego office, where his practice focuses on securities litigation, corporate takeover litigation, and breach of fiduciary duty actions. Téo currently represents individual and institutional investors in actions against Walgreens Boots Alliance (M.D. Pa.), Harman International (D. Conn.), and Oracle Corporation (Del. Ch.).
Before joining Robbins Geller, Téo worked in Shanghai on high-profile cross-border mergers and acquisitions, international litigation, and arbitration proceedings, representing multinational corporations, leading Chinese companies, China state-owned enterprises, and international financial institutions. In addition, Téo worked at one of the largest European law firms advising U.S. hedge funds and private equity funds.
Téo earned his U.S. and French law degrees from University of California Berkeley, School of Law, and Paris-Saclay University, respectively. While at UC Berkeley where he graduated with honors, Téo earned the Best Oral Presentation award and the Business Law Certificate. Téo also studied economics, finance, and financial regulations at Shanghai Normal University.
