Sheri Coverman is an associate in Robbins Geller Rudman & Dowd LLP’s Boca Raton office. Her practice focuses on complex class actions, including securities, corporate governance and consumer fraud litigation.
Coverman is actively involved with the Firm’s institutional investor outreach program and frequently advises investors, including public and multi-employer pension funds, on issues related to corporate fraud in the United States securities markets. She is also an integral member of a team that is in contact with clients who wish to become actively involved in the litigation of securities fraud.
Coverman graduated cum laude with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from the University of Florida. She earned her Juris Doctor degree from the University of Florida Levin College of Law and is a member of the Bar in Florida. While attending law school, Coverman was a summer associate with the Firm.
