Philip Merenda is an associate in Robbins Geller Rudman & Dowd LLP’s Melville office, where he practices securities fraud litigation and other complex matters.
Before joining the Firm, Phil was an associate at an international law firm focusing his practice in capital markets.
Phil earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Legal Studies from Ithaca College with a minor in Politics. He received his Juris Doctor degree from the Georgetown University Law Center. During law school Phil was a judicial intern for Justice Diccia T. Pineda-Kirwan of the Supreme Court of New York and was an intern at the United States Sentencing Commission.
