Judge Katherine B. Forrest has issued an order upholding plaintiffs' allegations that Deutsche Bank and its top officers engaged in a course of conduct that amounted to a fraudulent scheme designed to mislead investors during the class period (January 3, 2007 through January 16, 2009).
