Role Overview
This is a hybrid role combining client intake, legal marketing execution, and digital distribution oversight.
You will be responsible for:
• Serving as the first point of contact for prospective clients
• Managing and qualifying inbound investor leads
• Supporting and executing press release distribution for new cases
• Ensuring our cases reach and are visible across key retail investor channels
This is not a passive administrative role. We are looking for someone who can operate with ownership, precision, and sound judgment.
Key Responsibilities
Client Intake & Lead Management
• Answer and manage inbound calls and inquiries from potential clients (investors)
• Conduct structured intake to assess eligibility (e.g., stock ownership, losses, timing)
• Accurately log and track all leads in CRM/database systems
• Maintain organized intake records for attorney review and follow-up
• Ensure timely response to all inbound inquiries
Press Release & Case Launch Coordination
• Coordinate the release of press announcements for newly filed cases
• Work with attorneys to prepare and finalize distribution materials
• Manage distribution through wire services (e.g., GlobeNewswire, PR Newswire, Business Wire, Accesswire)
• Track timing, consistency, and accuracy across multiple active matters
Investor Outreach & Platform Coverage
• Monitor and ensure visibility of Firm announcements across retail investor platforms, including:
o StockTwits
o Yahoo Finance message boards
o Reddit (e.g., r/stocks, r/investing)
o Other relevant investor communities
• Verify that press releases are being properly picked up and surfaced
• Track engagement and identify gaps in distribution or visibility
Website & SEO Support
• Assist with publishing and updating case-related content on Firm website
• Ensure basic SEO best practices are followed (titles, keywords, structure)
• Monitor indexing and visibility of published content and press releases
• Coordinate with outside vendors
Data Accuracy & Operational Support
• Maintain clean, accurate, and up-to-date data across all systems
• Generate internal reports on lead flow and campaign activity (as needed)
• Identify and flag inefficiencies in intake or distribution processes
Qualifications
Required
2+ years of experience in one or more of the following:
o Investor relations or financial communications
o Professional services intake
o Legal marketing or PR
• Strong phone presence and ability to communicate clearly with prospective clients
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Preferred (Highly Valuable)
• Experience at a plaintiff-side securities or class action firm
• Familiarity with press release distribution platforms (GlobeNewswire, Business Wire, etc.)
• Understanding of how retail investors consume and share information online
• Working knowledge of SEO fundamentals and website content management
• Comfort operating independently and taking ownership of workflows

Compensation & Benefits
• Salary Range: $80,000 - $100,000 based on experience
