Billy graduated from the State University of New York at Stony Brook with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics. He holds a Master of Business Administration degree from the State University of New York at Stony Brook. He received his Juris Doctor degree from Fordham University School of Law, where he was a member of the Fordham Intellectual Property, Media & Entertainment Law Journal and worked in the Entrepreneurial Law Clinic. Billy was also a summer associate at the Firm and returned upon graduation from law school.
