Maxwell Sawyer is an associate in Robbins Geller Rudman & Dowd LLP’s Boca Raton office. His practice focuses on consumer fraud, securities fraud, mass tort, antitrust, data breach, and RICO lawsuits.
Before joining the Firm, Max worked at a nationally recognized trial law firm concentrating on tobacco litigation, and served as a law clerk to the Honorable Melanie G. May of Florida’s Fourth District Court of Appeal.
Max graduated with a B.A. degree from Florida Atlantic University. He earned his Juris Doctor degree, summa cum laude, from Nova Southeastern University Shepard Broad College of Law, where he was the salutatorian of his class, earned the “book award” for achieving the highest grade in ten courses, and was selected by his peers to be the student-commencement speaker at graduation. Max went on to achieve one of the highest reported scores on the July 2017 Florida Bar Exam and was asked to speak on behalf of the newly admitted attorneys at the Fourth District Court of Appeal Induction Ceremony.
