Lauren Paglini is an associate in Robbins Geller Rudman & Dowd LLP’s San Francisco office and a member of the Firm’s Appellate Practice Group, where her practice concentrates on federal appeals.
Prior to joining Robbins Geller, Lauren was a Staff Attorney at the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit. Lauren worked in the criminal unit, focusing her practice on direct criminal and habeas appeals. Prior to working at the Ninth Circuit, Lauren worked at a well-respected boutique law firm in Las Vegas, Nevada. Her practice at the firm focused on criminal defense and complex civil litigation. Lauren also volunteered for the Children’s Attorney Project, providing representation to abused and neglected children in the foster care system.
Lauren received her Bachelor of Arts degree in English from the University of Nevada, Reno. She received her Juris Doctor degree, graduating cum laude, from American University Washington College of Law. While in law school, Lauren was a member of the Moot Court Honor Society. She competed in the University of San Diego Criminal Procedure Moot Court Competition, winning first place respondent brief and second place overall. Lauren was also a member of the Journal of Gender, Social Policy & the Law.
