Sarah R. Holloway
Sarah R. Holloway earned her Bachelor of Business Administration Degree in Finance and Business Management from the University of Iowa, with high honors, in 2002. She received her Juris Doctor degree from the University of Colorado, Order of the Coif, in 2007, where she served as Casenote and Comments Editor for the University of Colorado Law Review. While in law school, Ms. Holloway served as a judicial extern to the Honorable John L. Kane of the United States District Court for the District of Colorado and interned for the United States Securities and Exchange Commission.
Ms. Holloway joined Robbins Geller Rudman & Dowd LLP as an associate after law school, where her practice focuses on complex securities litigation.
