John K. Grant was born in Provo, Utah in 1961. He is a partner in the Firm's San Francisco office and devotes his practice to representing investors in securities fraud class actions. Mr. Grant has litigated numerous successful securities actions as lead or co-lead counsel, including In re Micron Tech, Inc. Sec. Litig. ($42 million recovery), Perera v. Chiron Corp. ($40 million recovery), King v. CBT Group, PLC ($32 million recovery), and In re Exodus Commc'ns, Inc. Sec. Litig. ($5 million recovery).
