Jessica Kattula is an associate with the Intellectual Property group of Robbins Geller Rudman & Dowd LLP in the Atlanta office. Ms. Kattula focuses primarily on patent litigation. Ms. Kattula’s intellectual property experience includes patent prosecution, counseling and due diligence in corporate transactions, with a focus on the mechanical, business method and software arts. Prior to her work as a patent attorney, Ms. Kattula worked as a manager of environmental, health and safety programs for a Fortune 500 company.

Ms. Kattula earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial and Operations Engineering, magna cum laude, from the University of Michigan in 2000. In 2007, Ms. Kattula earned her Juris Doctor degree, cum laude, from Georgia State University. While in law school, Ms. Kattula was an Associate Lead Articles Editor for the Georgia State University Law Review.

Ms. Kattula is a member of the State Bar of Georgia and is a registered patent attorney with the United States Patent and Trademark Office. Ms. Kattula is admitted to practice before the United States District Courts for the Northern District of Georgia and the Eastern District of Texas.
