Ivy T. Ngo is an associate in the San Diego office, where her practice focuses on complex securities litigation. She earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in English with departmental honors and a Minor in Neuroscience from the University of California, Los Angeles in 2003. She earned her Juris Doctor degree from the Rutgers University School of Law - Camden in 2006, where she served as Chairwoman of the 2005-2006 Hunter Moot Court Board.

Ms. Ngo has participated in the successful prosecution of several securities class actions, including: In re HealthSouth Corp. Sec. Litig., No. CV-03-BE-1500-S (N.D. Ala.) ($671 million recovery); In re Cardinal Health, Inc. Sec. Litig., No. C2-04-575 (S.D. Ohio) ($600 million recovery); Hawaii Structural Ironworkers Pension Trust Fund v. Calpine Corp., No. 1-04-CV-021465 (Cal. Super. Ct., Santa Clara) ($43 million recovery); and In re Cooper Cos. Inc. Sec. Litig., No. SACV-06-00169 CJC(RNBx) (C.D. Cal.) ($27 million recovery). She is currently litigating Silverman v. Motorola, Inc., No. 07-CV-4507 (N.D. Ill.), in which a class has been certified by Judge Amy St. Eve.

Ms. Ngo is admitted to the State Bar of California, and is licensed to practice in all California state courts as well as the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of California. She is also registered to practice before the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office.
