Holly W. Kimmel
Holly W. Kimmel earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Telecommunications at the University of Florida in 1987 and her Juris Doctor degree from Pepperdine University in 1990. While at Pepperdine University, Ms. Kimmel was a merit scholar and an Editor of the Pepperdine University Law Review. Ms. Kimmel also earned a Masters of Social Work degree in 2005 from Barry University.
Prior to joining the Firm, Ms. Kimmel was an associate with the firm of Greenberg, Traurig LLP in Fort Lauderdale, Florida where she was involved with complex commercial real estate transactions. Ms. Kimmel began her legal career as an associate with Cole, Schotz PA in New Jersey where she prosecuted and defended complex commercial litigation. Ms. Kimmel’s practice focuses on securities fraud litigation together with consumer class actions. Ms. Kimmel is a member of the New York, New Jersey and Florida Bars, and is licensed to practice law in all of the courts of Florida.
