Francis A. DiGiacco
Francis A. DiGiacco is an associate in the San Diego office, where his practice focuses on class action and derivative securities litigation. Mr. DiGiacco earned his Bachelor of Arts in Political Science, with a minor in Law and Society, from the University of Southern California in 2005 and his Juris Doctor degree, cum laude, from the University of San Diego School of Law in 2009, where he currently teaches trial advocacy as an adjunct faculty member.
During law school, Mr. DiGiacco competed nationally in both mock trial and moot court, receiving the Thorsnes Outstanding Future Trial Lawyer Award as well as admission into the Order of the Barristers. Mr. DiGiacco also interned at the United States Attorney’s Office for the Southern District of California, the California Department of Corporations, the California Attorney General’s Office, and for the Honorable Thomas J. Whelan of the Southern District of California. After working as a summer associate, Mr. DiGiacco joined the Firm upon graduation from law school.
