Edward Y. Kroub
Edward Y. Kroub earned his Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from Brooklyn College in 2001, where he graduated with honors. Mr. Kroub earned his Juris Doctor degree from New York Law School in 2004, and was the recipient of the Bert and Blanche Vann Memorial Scholarship.
Mr. Kroub joined Robbins Geller Rudman & Dowd LLP in 2008, where his practice focuses on the investigation and filing of new securities matters. Additionally, Mr. Kroub represents the interests of plaintiff shareholders and consumers who purchased defective products. Mr. Kroub also represents the interests of various institutional and individual clients against numerous Madoff feeder funds.
Prior to joining the Firm, Mr. Kroub was associated with two prominent Manhattan plaintiffs’ class-action firms, where he focused on high-profile complex litigation cases in federal and state courts in a variety of practice areas, including securities law, shareholder derivative suits, commodities law, consumer fraud and antitrust matters. Mr. Kroub assisted on In re IPO Antitrust Litig., an antitrust class-action that climbed the federal appellate ladder and was litigated before the Supreme Court of the United States in 2007.
